Exchange of knowledge and experiences

International cooperation

Homepage > International cooperation

The Faculty of Philosophy and Religious Studies is integrated into the EU higher education network. This enables us to more easily and efficiently achieve international mobility of students and teaching staff. Namely, the exchange of knowledge and experiences with schools from abroad is an integral part of modern educational practice. With new knowledge and experience, we contribute to the constant improvement and review of our own educational practice.
However, in addition to new knowledge and experience of staying and studying abroad, students and teaching staff get to know international educational practices, programs and projects through their mobility, and at the same time make their own work and activities part of the international context. Therefore, the Faculty of Philosophy and Religious Studies opens its doors to foreign students and teaching staff, and encourages its own students and teaching staff to academic mobility in the EU and beyond.

What are we doing?

The FFRZ Commission for International Cooperation takes care of the development of three dimensions of international cooperation:
• developing scientific collaboration involving the organization or participation in international projects, and organization of international scientific workshops or symposia;
• encouraging and realizing student incoming and outgoing exchanges that includes the realization of part of the study program (semester, academic years) at a foreign university, i.e. doing professional practice at a foreign institution;
• encouraging and realizing teacher incoming or outgoing exchanges that includes shorter or longer stays of teachers at a foreign scientific or teaching institution.
